Native to Vietnam, water hyacinth is a plant that grows at an immensely fast pace when removed from its natural habitat. It is harvested and used for a variety of purposes. One of these uses is now the creation of gorgeous, elegant furniture/home accessories.
Young hyacinth stems are initially hand-picked from the waterways and sun dried. The finest stems are then selected and braided to the wooden or metal frame by our experienced weavers. Each item will also go through a Quality Control process before shipping & exporting.
