WE BELIEVE IN QUALITY
Orient Handicraft’s standard production process consists of specific steps that ensure the consistency in our products. One of them is the quality control (QC) task which plays an important part in any manufacturing field. We want to maintain the high quality to make certain that our customers receive the best final products with no defects and maintain their satisfaction.
Depending on the quantity of the order, our QC process can be conducted either by our QC team or by a third-party QC team at customer’s cost or request.
The procedure begins with unpacking random 10% of the order amount. Products will be inspected and checked for standard moisture content and no flaws in parts such as the frame, joints, fiber strips or finishing. They will also be tested for tolerance capacity and then compared with the counter sample. If the rate of fault turns out to be higher than the limit, all products in the order batch have to be opened and re-processed to meet the requirements for quality. Finally, we will replace the re-processed products with new packaging materials and they will be ready to load.
